What the Organizer Gives You

A visual way to rearrange and clean up a PDF, page by page.

Arranging Pages

Drag to Reorder

Grab any page thumbnail and drop it where you want. Tiles renumber live so the order you see is the order you save.

Remove on the Tile

A cross on each page tile drops that page from the document, with a guard so at least one page always remains.

Real Thumbnails

Pages are rendered as images, so you recognise each one by sight instead of guessing from a page number.

Saving

Private by Design

Thumbnails are drawn in your browser and the file is never uploaded, so your document stays on your device.

Reset Anytime

One click returns the pages to their original order if you want to start the arrangement over.

One-Click Save

The rearranged PDF is built and offered for download the moment you are happy with the layout.

Rearranging PDF Pages by Hand

  1. Open your PDF

Drop the file onto the upload area or click to browse. Every page is rendered as a small thumbnail so you can recognise it at a glance rather than guessing by number.

  2. Drag tiles into the order you want

Grab any page tile and drop it in a new spot. The tiles renumber as you go, so the sequence you see is exactly the sequence the saved file will use. Use the cross on a tile to drop a page you do not need.

  3. Save the reordered file

Press Save PDF to build a fresh document in the arrangement on screen. Reset puts everything back to the original order if you want to start over. Your source file is never changed.

Why a Visual Editor Beats Typing Page Numbers

Reordering by hand is easier to get right than describing the order in text, especially for scans and mixed documents where the page numbers on screen do not match the printed numbers. Dragging thumbnails removes the guesswork.

Fix a scan order

Pages that came off a scanner back to front or shuffled are quick to straighten when you can see each one and slide it into place.

Move a section

Pull an appendix to the front or push a cover to the back by dragging, without counting pages or writing a single range.

Drop stray pages

Remove a blank sheet or a duplicate on the spot with the cross on its tile, then save what remains in one step.

Preview before saving

Because the tiles are real page images, you confirm the result visually before you build the file, so there are no surprises in the download.

What Reordering Changes in the File

Saving rebuilds the PDF with your pages in the new sequence. The arrangement changes, but the content of each page does not. Here is exactly what is affected when you reorder and remove pages.

Part of the fileAfter you save
Page orderMatches the tiles on screen, top-left to bottom-right
Removed pagesLeft out of the new file entirely
Text and fontsCopied exactly, still selectable and searchable
Images and vectorsCarried over with no recompression or quality loss
Page size and orientationKept as each page was in the original
Your source fileNever modified, a new file is created instead
